Procedural gradients, gradient pattern layouts, and photo processing with WebGL optics.

Gradient Generator

Open tool

What it is

Gradient Generator builds rich gradients in the browser using WebGL. Generate mode creates procedural noise-based gradients from shapes, palettes, and effects. Pattern mode clips those gradients into designer tile layouts like bento grids. Upload mode runs the same optics, distortion, and grain stack on your own images.

How it works

  1. Pick Generate for free-form gradients, Pattern for tiled designer layouts, or Upload for photos.
  2. Adjust shape, warp, palette, optics, distortion, and grain in the side panel.
  3. In Pattern mode, tune columns, gap, corner radius, and layout type.
  4. Browse grouped studio presets in the right rail (or Presets sheet on smaller screens) — Generate, Pattern, and Upload each have their own catalog.
  5. Use Randomize or Shuffle layout in the stage header, then copy a link or export PNG.
